Breastfeeding Workshop

Ideally taken before your baby's birth, this workshop teaches you how breastfeeding works, why your breast milk is 'liquid gold', how to take care of your breasts and nipples, how to get started once your baby is born, where & when to get help, and beneficial foods to eat. We also offer breastfeeding support and advice by appointment, Monday to Thursday, 9-4. Consultations cost just $40.  Call 9430 6882 for an appointment.
